Group One of three; the workout between BioRider Fitness and the Olympic Bronze Medalists from the 2016 Rio Olympics in Feb. 2017. 

Group One focuses on the abdominal strength along with increasing the endurance of the riders pectoral (chest) muscle groups with the exercises chosen. Pectoral endurance is very important for self carriage on the horse. 

Equipment: BOSU Ball (optional)  |   Versa Cuff (alt: Tied the ends of  a yoga strap together)   |   Resistance band
