Steffen Peters works out up to 3 times a week in addition to riding.  Bridget Braden of BioRiderFitness.com works out with Steffen weekly using the gym while incorporating simple tools such as the stability ball, BOSU Ball, kettle bells and resistance band. The workout with the team uses minimal equipment while continuing to increase the equestrians peak performance.
